When the temperature is between F59 degrees and F100 degrees, the glow stick is very bright, but does not last as long. is the temp. is lower then F59 degrees, the glow stick is not as bright but it lasts longer.

NOW THAT I'VE DONE SOME RESEARCH, I PREDICT THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTION WILL BE: I predict that in cooler temperatures the glow stick will glow for longer then it did in room temperature and warmer, and the yellow glow stick will glow for the longest period of time.

Plan A Procedure: I will take one of each color glow stick and test how long each color lasts for on a regular school day, in the dark, in the light, in a cold temperature, in a freezing temperature, and in a hot/warm temperature. After I collect this data i will enter it into my spread sheet. So basically I'm going to see what different temperatures and different amounts of light do to affect how long a glow stick lasts for.

The data shows that . . . .The coldest temperature kept the glow sticks glowing the longest, and the warm temperature, although the glow sticks were the brightest, they died the quickest.
Therefore, I conclude that . . . .The green glow stick lasted the longest in the cold temperature.
But was my work valid? . . .I do hope my work was valid! The only thing that could of made it in valid was the fact that i used a school thermometer for the room temperature, and a different thermometer for the cold and warm temperatures.
